APET TRAY HIGH BARRIER SHEET

The oxygen high barrier sheet is used for the formation of uncovered trays by blistering process. The apet trays are filled with nitrogen (N₂) and carbon dioxide (CO₂), those gases help to barrier the oxygen going into the box as well. Then the box is directly heat-sealed with ONE lidding film only (conventional multilayer coextruded film or lamination film). In other word, compared with traditional trays, the tray using our barrier sheet is not needed to laminate an extra sealing layer. In addition, because both the box and the cover film are O₂ barrier materials, the growth of microorganisms can be efficiently suppressed. The food inside the box can be kept fresh for a long time to prolong the shelf life.

Besides, currently the major of conventional trays in the market are made by composite materials with complicated processes, which have no recycling value. But our technology-made tray is only used a type single material (i.e., PET) which makes a very high recycling value.
